The organizing authority
The city of Vierzon validates and implements the organization of transport on its territory.
As Organizing Authority of the network, it:
- In charge of the development and implementation of the urban transport plan (PDU)
- Ensures the financial balance of the network
- Defines the contractual framework with the network operator
- Approves major public transit projects
