The “Horizon” urban public transport network has offered total free access since 2001, for all of its services and across the 14 municipalities of the conurbation. Châteauroux Métropole, the mobility organizing authority, has entrusted the operation of its Horizon network to the company Keolis Châteauroux through a Public Service Delegation which will end on 31/12/2027.
