The organizing authority
Tours Métropole Val de Loire, the mobility organizing authority, aims to organize the operation and development of public transport within the PTU (25 municipalities, 304 inhabitants), to develop and implement the PDU ( urban transport plan), and to set up a mobility advice service.
It is in charge of: the Fil Bleu network, urban passenger transport (bus, tram, park and ride, bicycle parks, bicycles), by a DSP (Delegation of Public Services), the Fil Blanc network, the transport of people to mobility reduced by a DSP and school transport.
