More than 7 subscribers use these rail lines every day between the Centre-Val de Loire and Ile de France regions and face a complex situation requiring them to have two transport tickets for their daily home-work trips: the Pass Navigo in Ile de France and the Rémi Zen subscription in Centre-Val de Loire.
Faced with this situation and with the aim of facilitating the use of the train and reducing the use of the car, François Bonneau, President of the Centre-Val de Loire Region and Valérie Pécresse, President of the Ile-de-France Region France and Ile de France Mobilités, have decided to have a unified vision and launch the single title NAVIGO RÉMI to resolve the daily difficulties of travelers.
The thousands of subscribers using these lines for their daily trips between their home and their place of work, whether they are in the Paris region or in the Center-Val de Loire, will thus be able to benefit from a single pass from 2025, a unified price and a simplified marketing approach.
If this announcement was eagerly awaited by subscribers, it also aims to make the train attractive and accessible for all residents. More ecological, faster and simpler, the train tends to become the preferred means of transport for thousands of residents for their travels. It is with this in mind that the Centre-Val de Loire Region has invested to renew the rolling stock with Régio 2N trainsets, and to put in place a very attractive price offer.
The unique NAVIGO RÉMI title is a real response to the expectations of residents and the illustration that two Regions can build common public policies together based on the needs of users.
