JVMALIN Frequently Asked Questions
JVMalin account
It is not necessary to create a JVMalin account to buy a transport ticket, although we recommend it to simplify your purchases, know your available tickets, and to more easily find your purchase history.
However, it is still necessary to provide several pieces of information to make a purchase: email address, billing address, JVMalin card number if applicable.
Creating a JVMalin account allows you to navigate the JVMalin store more easily and streamlines your shopping experience. It ensures your personal information is pre-filled for each purchase and provides a complete history of all your titles and purchases.
The JVMalin account can also be used to associate several JVMalin cards and view their contents.
However, it is not mandatory to create an account to make purchases on the JVMalin store.
The personal information associated with your JVMalin account (name, surname, email and date of birth) cannot be modified online. It can only be changed by visiting a sales office of the transport network that issued your JVMalin card.
You can permanently remove or add a JVMalin card to your account, change your billing addresses, change your password or change your choices regarding consent to receive information and commercial offers.
You are not required to link a JVMalin card to your account. However, some travel passes can only be loaded onto a JVMalin card:
- All Rémi car transport tickets, excluding M-Tickets;
- Where applicable, certain Rémi Train transport tickets;
- All Fil Bleu transport tickets.
If you have several JVMalin cards associated with different transport networks (for example, a JVMalin card to travel on the regional Rémi network and a JVMalin card for the urban Filbleu network in Tours), you can associate them with your account.
You will also be able to associate several JVMalin cards relating to the same network on your JVMalin account very soon (for example your JVMalin card usable on the Rémi network and your child's JVMalin card usable on the same network).
However, it is not possible to associate JVMalin cards that you do not own with your account.
Your personal data is always accessible via the "My Account" page, in the "My Information" tab.
You have a permanent and inalienable right to delete, modify, and correct your personal data. The processing of personal data associated with JVMalin Media is described on the "Privacy Policy" page, accessible from every JVMalin Media page via a link at the bottom of the page.
For any difficulty or question related to the management of personal data, you can contact us via the contact form (page “Contact Us”).
If you wish to delete your JVMalin account, you can make the request via the "Contact Us" page using an online form.
JVMalin map
The JVMalin Card is a unique contactless card that allows you to travel on the Rémi, Fil Bleu, TAO, Azalys, and Filibus networks. It's the ideal card for all your travel passes and the first card that allows you to purchase tickets through the JVMalin online store.
With the exception of Rémi Zen Multi tickets, transport tickets from a network loaded onto your JVMalin card allow travel on that network exclusively.
The JVMalin card is a personal, nominative and non-transferable card.

The validity period of your JVMalin card is specified by the transport network that issued it. Depending on the network that produced the card, the expiry date may be indicated on the back.
The JVMalin card is registered to your name, is personal, and non-transferable. It can only be used by you. Any use by someone other than yourself will be considered fraudulent. According to the transport regulations of our partner networks, use of your personal JVMalin card by a third party may result in its cancellation.
You can use the JVMalin shop services without a JVMalin card or without using your card if you don't have one. However, this limits the types of tickets you can purchase, as some tickets can only be loaded onto a JVMalin card.
Tickets that can only be loaded/reloaded onto a JVMalin card are identified by a pictogram representing a transport card when you browse the JVMalin shop.
If you have lost a card, or if it is damaged or stolen, you can request a duplicate from the partner network that provided you with your original card.

Passenger information
The timetables can be viewed at any time from the JVMalin website homepage, by selecting the timetables tab and then searching for your stop or line.
On the JVMalin website, you can view upcoming departures via the route search.
You can also check out the X (formerly Twitter) Rémi Train account (@RémiTrain) to stay up-to-date on network news and get real-time traffic information. Our community managers are available Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 20:00 PM, and on weekends and public holidays from 7:00 AM to 20:00 PM.
Finally, you can contact the Rémi User Relations Centre by phone at 0 800 70 33 33, from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m., for any request relating to the Rémi network.

JVMalin Route Planner
The JVMalin route planner is a route search tool that integrates multiple transport solutions. It incorporates the transport services of 14 partner networks and the Île-de-France Mobilités network, and also allows you to find your route by bike, carpooling, on foot, or by car. The route planner also suggests routes via the Rémi + Carsharing service and the self-service bike rental services of partner transport networks. It also provides information on available spaces in park-and-ride facilities, provided that this information is supplied by the managing transport network.
The route planner is directly linked to the JVMalin shop. When your route uses transport networks whose tickets are sold by the JVMalin shop, a link allows you to automatically add the necessary tickets to your basket from the route search. All you have to do is complete your purchase and enjoy your trip!
The JVMalin route planner covers the entire Centre-Val de Loire region and also includes additional mobility solutions for informational purposes in other areas. In particular, it incorporates all the mobility options offered by Île-de-France Mobilités.
The possibility of purchasing transport tickets after a route search only applies to regional transport networks present on the JVMalin shop.
To tailor search results to your needs, the route planner offers several options and filters to choose your departure or arrival date and time, preferred mode(s) of transport, your traveler profile (in connected mode) or even your walking speed.
Geolocation is always offered, but it is by no means mandatory. Its purpose is to simplify your route searches. In particular, it helps ensure the relevance of route suggestions, notably by better targeting the starting point of your journeys.
My travel pass
The JVMalin shop currently offers for sale travel passes for the following networks:
- Rémi Car (departments 18, 28, 36, 37, 41 and 45)
- Rémi Train (QR-Code tickets only; tickets that can only be loaded onto a JVMalin card will be available soon)
- Blue Thread (coming soon)
Once the transport ticket has been purchased, it is indicated as "Currently being distributed" if you are logged into your JVMalin account.
To enable loading/reloading your transport ticket onto your JVMalin card, you can go to a sales agency or validate your JVMalin card on a validation desk of the partner network concerned by the purchase.
Soon, using the JVMalin mobile application, you will be able to place your JVMalin card against your phone to see all the transport tickets available on your JVMalin card.
From this date, you will also be able to load/reload certain transport tickets directly onto your JVMalin card via the JVMalin mobile application.
An M-Ticket is a ticket available on your smartphone, represented by a QR code. Like JVMalin card tickets, it must be validated on a dedicated reader when you board (except for trains).
Some tickets cannot be purchased through the JVMalin online store. If you find that the ticket you are looking for is not available, we encourage you to visit the website of the relevant partner network or a sales office for more information and, if necessary, to make your purchase.
To make a purchase on the JVMalin store, simply select the desired network, then select the title of your choice.
In guest mode, you will be asked for personal information (at a minimum, an email address and a billing address), as well as the association of a JVMalin card if applicable. In logged-in mode, and if a JVMalin card is already associated with your account, this step is not necessary.
The tickets available on the JVMalin mobile app are M-Ticket tickets (QR code on smartphones). You can access the full JVMalin store from your smartphone using your web browser.
The Rémi network offers discount cards tailored to different traveler profiles. These discount cards can be purchased at the JVMalin shop (Rémi Car catalogue and Rémi Train catalogue).

- If you are logged in, go to the "My Account" page and select the "My Orders" tab. By clicking on an order, you can request a refund if your request is eligible.
- If you are not logged in, you can find your order on the homepage using the order search tool. By entering its unique reference number, you will have access to your order information and can, if applicable, request a refund.
In any case, the refund is made exclusively to the bank account used for your purchase.
For purchases made through other purchase channels, a refund, if applicable, is only possible through the purchase channel.
On the Rémi network, your single ticket is valid for the entire chosen calendar day, on all services.
On the Rémi Car network, you can travel with the same ticket for transfers up to 90 minutes after your first validation, at no extra cost.
You cannot use trains or buses traveling the same route but not part of the Rémi network. You must adhere to your original travel conditions, particularly the class of your ticket on Rémi Express trains.
On the Fil Bleu network, your single ticket can be used at any time after purchase. You can travel with the same ticket on transfers up to one hour after your first validation, at no extra cost.
When your QR code ticket is checked, the inspector scans it and obtains information about its validity. You must have a valid form of identification and, if applicable, your discount card with you.
When your M-Ticket is checked, the inspector scans your QR code directly on your smartphone and obtains information about its validity. You must have a valid form of identification and, if applicable, your discount card with you.

In guest mode, you can retrieve your purchase history by email, provided you have kept the emails related to your purchases.
After purchasing your train ticket, you will receive a unique booking number. From the JVMalin shop homepage, you can enter your unique booking number to access all the information about your train ticket, as well as your proof of purchase.
