Organising authority

Tour(s)Plus is the organising authority of the public transport for the greater Tours area. It is in charge of running and developing the public transport system for the “PTU” (comprising 25 communes and 304,000 residents), drawing up and implementing the PDU urban transportation plan, and providing a mobility advisory service.
It manages the Fil Bleu network, urban passenger transport (buses with P+R facilities, Vélociti) via a public service contract, the Fil Blanc network, transport services for persons with reduced mobility via a public service contract awarded to ConnexLigéria/Véolia/Transdev until 31 December 2015, and school transport services.
